Anticancer activity of chamaejasmine: effect on tubulin protein.
In this work, the anticancer activity of chamaejasmine was studied by evaluating its in vitro cytotoxicity against several human cancer cell lines (MCF-7, A549, SGC-7901, HCT-8, HO-4980, Hela, HepG2, PC-3, LNCap, Vero and MDCK) using the MTT assay. Results indicated chamaejasmine showed more notable anticancer activity than taxol against PC-3 cells, with IC₅₀ values of 2.28 and 3.98 µM, respect...

effect of oral presentation on development of l2 learners grammar
this experimental study has been conducted to test the effect of oral presentation on the development of l2 learners grammar. but this oral presentation is not merely a deductive instruction of grammatical points, in this presentation two hypotheses of krashen (input and low filter hypotheses), stevicks viewpoints on grammar explanation and correction and widdowsons opinion on limited use of l1...
15 صفحه اولAnticancer activity of a novel small molecule tubulin inhibitor STK899704
We have identified the small molecule STK899704 as a structurally novel tubulin inhibitor. STK899704 suppressed the proliferation of cancer cell lines from various origins with IC50 values ranging from 0.2 to 1.0 μM. STK899704 prevented the polymerization of purified tubulin in vitro and also depolymerized microtubule in cultured cells leading to mitotic arrest, associated with increased Cdc25C...
متن کاملAb Initio Study of Vinblastine-Tubulin Anticancer Complex
Vinblastine is an important anticancer agent known to diminish microtubule assembly. Ab initio calculations are applied to examine the structural properties and different energies of vinblastine-tubulin complex in different dielectric constants and temperatures. The aims of this work are discovery the best optimized structure and thermodynamic properties of vinblastine-tubulin complex ...
